"Did you know" I learned: 1. Google has a recipe filter for searching recipes 2. That you can preview driving directions from a helicopter view 3. I didn't know about the Google tools and how in depth they are. 4. There is so many great tools out there it's hard to choose what to look at first?
Wow! I wonder if Google has a time machine? I wonder this because it seems time flies by and I don't get to look at enough tools in the time I have.
Although I missed the webinar, I feel as though I was there reading all these google "Did you knows". Thanks for sharing. I was not aware of the recipe filter, googleaday.com, and the timeline feature. I'm sure there's lots more I don't know. So, I'll be checking back often to see if anything else is added.
I love google forms for registrations, surveys and evaluations. I like the automatic reply that can be set up to send to registrants.
Keep these coming!
I love using Google Maps. Our students prep for their field trips using Google Maps. Fifth graders are preparing to travel to Washington DC, and they are planning their trip (which monuments to see etc.) using Google Street View to get an idea of where they are going. I also have my students taking virtual field trips using the maps.
