I also know of Easy Tech, but that requires a paid subscription.
Karen, there are many resources mentioned in previous discussions here in Engage. If you type "cyberbullying" into the small search bar at upper left (not the one on the right in the dark blue band acress the top of each page) you will find links to previously shared items.

Not all are videos. I have a bunch of videos saved which I have used in the past, but they are hard to email due to size. Look at TeacherTube.com and of course YouTube. I got some great ones there! In several cases, they were created by students!
