- Know what some of the issues surrounding water on our planet might be
- Understand that they are able to use science data to persuade
- Be able to draw on information from multiple digital sources in order to answer a question quickly or solve a problem efficiently
New thinking in science education focuses on helping students develop skills and experience with the science practices by having them actually doing science. When students analyze and interpret they are really looking for patterns that emerged from their observations. Observations lead to student developed questions, which leads to further inquiry into the topic or other experiments.
