The process of creating digital stories is often times a timely one. Digital stories can be used as a summative assessment to capture students' thoughts about a particular subject matter, or a field trip, or to document a personal journey such as a challenge overcome or an accomplishment. In this poll we ask you to think about the process that your students engage in to create their stories. At what times do you feel they are most engaged? most active? most collaborative? Although every stage will resonate with each child differently, the goal is to find out whether there are aspects of digital storytelling that most children respond to with active learning.
Welcome storytellers! In this group we learn the history behind "digital storytelling", share ideas on how to create digital stories, and engage in conversation and resources to help you design interactive storytelling activities for your classroom.
