    Capture Work - Build Capacity

Many schools are using online tools such as moodle, blackboard, wikis, engage, etc. to  capture work, collaborate, outreach, etc.  For example, I am using Engage groups with Social Studies Teachers in North Carolina.  Teachers from various schools collaborate on and or create and share pacing guides, lesson plans, strategies for implementing and creating resources for teaching the new essential standards, etc.  Teachers upload documents and request collaboration partners, share documents that have been created by a specific school, seek and share templates and other strategies to make implementation easier.

What is your tool of choice and how are you using it in your schools to capture work and build capacity?
