Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s)  or Professional Learning Networks (PLN’s) are changing the way teachers grow and collaborate.  Why are these networks a good idea? Have these communities changed the way we learn? What about in-service days? How do these professional networks provide freedom to learn and create their own in-service?  What are the pros and cons of being part of a PLN? What are some of the PLCs you belong to?

Share your ideas between March 23 and April 23rd to be entered into a drawing for a $150.00 Amazon Gift Card that you might want to use towards the purchase of a Logitech Keyboard Case with built-in Keyboard and Stand and/or a Logitech Wireless Headset H600 Over-the Head Design. These would be great while you participate in your PLCs like Teachers Engage or  Google Hangout.

Note: This drawing will only become active when a minimum of 10 participants respond, which means in some cases, the drawing will take place after the above mentioned date. For a complete description and eligibility of Engage community drawings, click on the Intel Bunny Person.
