Why is it important for both students and teachers to be part of a global conversation?  Have you connected with other educators on your campus, in your district, or in your state?  Have you had the opportunity to reach out beyond state boundaries and connect with educators or students internationally?

As educators it is important to give students the opportunity to connect with other students.  By connecting globally, students and teachers are able to express relevant events in their real-life, discuss their cultural diversity, and elaborate on their shared experiences.

What are some collaborative opportunities that you have participated in and or would like to partake?  How did you get started?  What do you think is needed to make that connection? Why is this connection important? What digital tools enhance globally collaboration?

Share your ideas between January 24 and February 20  to be entered into a drawing for a LiveScribe Smartpen.
