    March Math-ness Challenge

Join the March Math-ness Challenge! (Earn Digital Badge)

Help us celebrate math this month in our March Math-ness Challenge! Since mathematical problems face us everyday in real life, it is very important for us to help students develop and practice math skills in a variety of ways.  .

Together we can create a powerful collection of math resources and ideas. Join the challenge by completing the following steps!

(For each step, please enter your progress on the provided grid.)

      1.   Share a Resource - Choose one math resource (website) or one math app that you love to use and tell us how it benefits students. Add it to the grid for others to enjoy.
      2.   Search Math - Use the search bar to locate math resources in Teachers Engage. Post a comment about the resource or tweet the link to your followers using #TeachersEngage hashtag. (Click here to learn how to search the Community)
      3.   Webinar Review/Attendance -  Locate a past webinar that was focused on math or attend the current math webinar on 3/25 (Click here to register for the webinar). Post a comment in the webinars’ follow-up discussion.
      4.   Thinking Tool - Explore the Intel Visual Ranking tool. Tell us how you might use this tool in a math classroom (Click here to use the Visual Ranking tool).
      5.   Discussion Start - Start a brand new discussion in Teachers Engage community about math. Ask a question or post a suggestion.  Be sure to tag it appropriately using a “math-related” tag. (Click here to learn how to start a discussion)
