The Museum of the Moving Image is an amazing place. At the museum you can learn about the history of cinema, the history of television, the history of video games, and emerging technologies. Many of the exhibits are interactive. Visitor become cameramen, animators, sound technicians, and more. Popular too, are the moving image emphera displays, like the collection of  lunch boxes with TV show themes.

Learn all about the museum and its online resources during a webinar on March 15th at 8:00pm Eastern.

I always love to attend Tom's Virtual Museum Webinars.  All are so worthwhile as well as wonderful resources for our students no matter where we live.

Museum of the Moving Image shared some great resources to use within your classroom.  Such great connection with history and the real-world.  I would love to see the Jim Henson exhibition.

Keep these valuable resources coming our way!

How might you incorporate the resources from these museums within your teaching?  Which museum would your students love to learn about?
